Avoid washing or drying at high temperatures. Machine wash cold, inside-out, on a gentle cycle using mild detergent. Do not heat press directly on the print.

Order shipping: Customers are required to pick up the confirmation call to verify their order. All orders are processed within 24 hours  post confirmation.

Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can track your package through our website or the carrier’s website.

Return and Exchanges: In case of wrong Item or damaged print, cut, or stain—please reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving it.

we’re pleased to offer a 3-day exchange policy from the date your order is delivered, with no extra charges for pickup.  

We’ll arrange for the item to be picked up, which usually takes about 3 days. Once we receive it, we’ll carry out a quality check and send your new product right to your doorstep.
